Grant Application Form

Grant Application Form
Guidelines
Eligibility
FEHSF offers grants to Law Enforcement officials and their families for emergency funding and/or financial assistance if the agent or official has been injured or killed in the line of duty. Special extenuating circumstances, such as a serious medical condition or natural disaster, may also be considered as a basis for awards.

Every application is considered on an individual basis. While we maintain established parameters, the very nature of our organization and its mission allows for exceptional cases.

Grants are awarded to families or individuals, based on need. Please read our
legal disclaimer before submitting your grants application.
Procedure:
Please print our Grant Application Form and mail it to:
Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation
150 John F. Kennedy Parkway
Short Hills, NJ 07078.

We do not notify applicants that their application has arrived, so you may opt to send your application return receipt requested. Online applications are not accepted at this time.
