Our Team
FEHSF is an independent not-for-profit organization governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who give of their time, resources, and energy to support the mission of the Foundation. The National Advisory Board is comprised of many current and former Federal Law Enforcement officials, including current and former Special Agents in Charge (SACs) and many who have moved on from Government positions to senior level positions within major corporations. FEHSF is proud to engage a strong cross section of leaders who stand in support of the courageous men and women in uniform who work tirelessly to maintain a strong, safe nation.
Tom Ridge, Honorary Chairman
Governor Ridge served as the Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security from 2001-2003 and subsequently became the first Secretary of The Department of Homeland Security. This Agency currently employs over 200,000 employees. Prior to this, Governor Ridge was a Member of the United States House of Representatives from 1983-1995 and was the 43rd Governor of the State of Pennsylvania from 1995-2001. Governor Ridge is now Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ridge Global and Ridge Policy Group providing clients with solutions to cyber security, international security and risk management.
